1. Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns except in cases of damaged products.

2. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged product or find any items missing from your package, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video of the entire package opening process. The video should clearly show:

• The package condition upon delivery

• The damage or missing product(s)

• All items you received

Please note: Without this video evidence, we will not accept any claims for refunds or returns.

3. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

4. Shipping Charges
If a refund is issued for a damaged product, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely. Estimated delivery times are:

• USA and Canada: 2–3 weeks

• Other International Destinations: 10–15 business days (may vary due to customs and local delays)

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the order weight. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whatsapp.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
